If you are a user of ExpectedIT and would like to permanently delete your account with ExpectedIT, you can send us your requests to ExpectedIT GmbH, Turmstr. 14, 73728 Esslingen am Neckar, Germany. We will endeavor to respond to your requests in a timely manner (unless we require further information from you to process the request) and subject to legal or other permitted conditions.

 

​Please note that if you permanently delete your account with ExpectedIT, all of your personal information will be deleted from ExpectedIT's databases. Upon completion of this process, you will no longer be able to access your ExpectedIT Services or your user account and all data will be permanently deleted and ExpectedIT will then be unable to restore your account or retrieve your data. If you contact our support in the future, the system will not recognize your account and our support staff will not be able to find the deleted account.

9. Additional Information for California Residents

 

If you are a California resident and use the Services, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) to request access to, request deletion of, and request deletion of the personal information that ExpectedIT has collected about you to disclose how we collect, use and share your personal information.

Please note that permanently deleting your account with ExpectedIT will delete all of your personal information from ExpectedIT's databases. Upon completion of this process, you will no longer be able to use any of your ExpectedIT services, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, and ExpectedIT will not be able to restore your account or retrieve your data in the future. If you contact our support channels in the future, the system will not recognize your account and the support agents will not be able to find the deleted account.

 

If you are unable to access your ExpectedIT account, or if you would like to exercise your CCPA rights through an agent acting on your behalf, you or your agent (as applicable) may submit a request to info@Expected-IT.com send, including by requesting a call back from a customer service representative. To process your request and protect users' accounts and personal information, we may ask you or your authorized representative for the above information, which may vary depending on the nature of your request. Agents must also provide ExpectedIT with a copy of the consumer's signed power of attorney naming them as the agent.

 

The rights described in this section may also apply to residents of other U.S. states subject to applicable laws and regulations.
